Scope of Services. Through this Site, H&H Tree Service markets and arranges Tree Removal, Tree Trimming, Land Clearing, Stump Grinding, Bush Hogging Services, Storm Damage Cleanup. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.
Use Restrictions. Prohibited activities include unlawful use, disruption of services, unauthorized access, automated scraping, malware transmission, and impersonation.
IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by H&H Tree Service or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.
Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.
Termination Rights. We may end your access to the Site at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior.
Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. H&H Tree Service does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.
Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, H&H Tree Service's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid H&H Tree Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify H&H Tree Service from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.
Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under AL law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in AL for any related dispute.
